Refund policy
We hope you love your Caravari products and want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase.
Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, they are non-refundable and non-returnable with the exception of manufacturer defect.
It is your responsibility to inspect your product upon delivery. Any damage that occurs upon delivery must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported immediately. Any damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered to be customer damage, and not eligible for exchange.
If not reported within 14 days of delivery, any defects or variances in manufacturing will be considered “acceptable” and will not be accepted for return or exchange.
We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If you choose to return a damaged item, purchase price and taxes will be refunded.
Delivery fees will not be refunded. Please note that our warranties are non-transferable, and cannot be extended to re-sold items. Warranties are only valid when products are used for their intended purpose and exhibit normal use. Defects or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by our warranty.
